I offer you a safe space, where you can explore your strenghts and not only your 'issues'. Initially we will evaluate your needs and goals, your motivations towards change and how you relate to others and to your mind and body. I will often ask for your feedback, and therapeutic objectives are co-designed with you.
I offer you a weekly 50-minute session, with a modern CBT approach, to learn about yourself and how to manage your emotions, thoughts, and relationships in a healthier way. It's a conversation, sometimes we'll do activities, other times there will be tasks or challenges for the week to practice what we've worked on, but this is tailored to each patient.
