Counselling can be an extremely powerful tool to help us become more aware of who we are and gain a better understanding about our relationships with others and the situations we find ourselves in.
My training and practice is an integrative and relational approach to counselling and psychotherapy. I work by tailoring each session to suit each clients needs, introducing various modalities to work with as we all bring something different. Working at your pace we can find a way forward so that you can lead a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I work with adults, children, families and couples with various presenting issues; bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationships. With a special interest with the loss of stillborn, premature babies, single and multiple pregnancy loss supporting them through their trauma. Multiple miscarriages, pregnancy anxiety, premature babies, babies that are in NICU.
