There are often many reasons that bring people to counselling. Perhaps you are feeling lonely or disconnected from the people around you. My core modality is Person-Centred Counselling, I'm also a qualified Somatic Trauma Therapist, and have training in Psychodynamic theory and Play Therapy. I’m also trained in Breath Work and the Emotional Freedom Technique, which are great for calming anxiety and internal stabilisation as well as many more technique's to help in the way that suits you best.
My lived experience means I understand how facing our issues may be challenging; often taking courage, but I also know how incredibly rewarding it can be to feel free from whatever is troubling you. I can’t fix things for you, but offer a trusting, safe relationship, where we can explore and address the problems that have bought you to counselling together.
