I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with a specialisation in providing support to children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with mental health challenges. My expertise is in helping clients with psychological difficulties such as depression, relationship challenges, anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, self-harm, complex trauma, personality disorders, neuro-developmental difficulties, domestic violence, and eating disorders. I place a strong emphasis on building a therapeutic alliance, with the goal of empowering my clients to reach their full potential. My practice is non-judgmental, diversity-aware, and compassionate.
My training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy. My counselling style is integrative, incorporating a range of theories and techniques tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
I am fluent in both English and Spanish, so I can provide therapy in either languages based on your preferences. Currently I can offer face to face and online appointments depending on availabilities.
