I provide a holistic serviice that is bespoke to your needs by using an integrative approach, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred and humanistic theories of counselling.
Integrative counselling draws from more than one model of counselling, equipping me with a range of tools to work in a way that respects your unique experience and response to your situation. I believe everyone has an inherent ability to work out their own difficulties given the right environment. I provide this safe, non-judgemental space.
