We all struggle at different times in our lives with any number of issues or just that feeling of being stuck. I have extensive experience in working with survivors or rape and sexual abuse whether it be historic or recent. I can help you work through the impact of the trauma on your day to day life. I have experience in working with an addictions service. I work with a range of anxiety and mood disorders using CBT interventions and treatments to help.
I offer a calm, welcoming and confidential space for you to explore your difficulties. Being genuine, accepting and non judgmental are an integral part of my work and being. It is the foundation of the therapy I offer which allows trust in the therapy relationship.
