I currently work exclusively online offering individual sessions to Children & Young People as well as Adults. I offer non-judgemental and safe environment to explore your difficulties, maintaining factors and support you to gain coping strategies. I also offer clinical supervision to CBT trainees and qualified CBT Therapists.
