You may be experiencing anxiety or depression, struggling to come to terms with a loss or unplanned situation, having difficulties with self-esteem, stress or anger, or perhaps you're at a crossroads which feels overwhelming. I provide a safe, confidential space for you to talk about the things that are causing you difficulties and will support you to work through the impact they are having, and to find a way forward.
I’m experienced in counselling adults, and young people experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, trauma (past and present), relationship matters, family difficulties, low confidence, self-esteem, and anger management. I’m also a trained practitioner of the Rewind technique for trauma recovery.
We'll work together to explore what you wish to talk about, at a pace you feel comfortable with, without any pressure or judgement. You can feel confident you will be treated with kindness, empathy and support to work towards a resolution that works best for you.
