Whether it is looking at more helpful coping strategies or taking a deeper dive into patterns or influences on current behaviours, I follow your direction.
Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and things can go wrong despite our best intentions. Often we don’t notice when things start to build, or struggle to recognise why we don't feel like ourselves.
