I am here to help you make sense of what is happening for you and help you develop the tools and resilience needed to help with that journey. I am experineced qualified psychotherapitst and counsellor. I work with individuals and relationships/couples. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-harming, trauma, PTSD and body image/size issues. I have experience running trauma debriefing sessions. I am also a trained mediator.
I work in an empathic, relational, non-judgemental way to help create a therapeutic safe-space where you can feel free to explore you issues together with me.
