Hi. My name is Julia. If you are looking for a counsellor, then I imagine you are currently experiencing some life changes, conundrums or difficulties. This is part of being human, and we all at some point need to seek confidential help. I can offer you a safe and compassionate non judgemental space for you to work towards solutions which feel right for you.
My counselling style is Integrative. Including working with CBT, Art Therapy , Psycho Dynamic, Jungian, Rogerian, and Motivational Interviewing. I work at your pace, towards your goals, and help you to find an acceptance of things that cannot be changed, self acceptance and to explore new ways of being you, working towards your personal growth.
If you are experiencing loss, or feel lost. If you are angry, or tearful or anxious, if you know or if you don't know why. If you feel isolated, feel shame or paranoia and you don't know quite what the answer is. If you have trauma, addictions and you feel stuck.
