Hello and welcome! My name is Madeleine, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I work closely with people on their unique goals, including: building self esteem, working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career transitions and limiting behaviours. I can help tailor an impactful and non judgemental space for you to explore, express, and relate as we touch on life's impacts, and cover new ground.
Beyond the basics of talk-therapy, sessions may include: mindfulness, inner child work, or exploring your mind-body connection. I also like to work with our various 'parts' and how they function (IFS). My role is to help illuminate what limiting beliefs might be holding you back. I can offer you a supportive, confidential and encouraging ear.
I would love to hear from you. I offer free consultations, so you can decide if we are a good fit. These are conversations that are generally 20 minutes long, and we would discuss your goals and areas you'd like to explore. I work online often, which is convenient for many people.
