I'm here to support client's who have challenging lives which are affected by anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement or who feels stuck in their relationship patterns. We build our attachment styles from a young age. We can find ourselves stuck in the same attachment patterns as we get older. I have supported clients to face their own attachment fears that impact their personal relationships. Also worked with clients who have self-harm and suicidal ideation and supported them to face their missing voids.
I work in an Integrative way, but my modality is more leaning towards Psychodynamic and Existential approaches. I have practiced as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in a Low-cost organisation and in the NHS. I worked with clients with obsessive compulsive disorder, loneliness, stress, work-related stress, family or health issues.
I also work with clients in a creative way for them to explore their inner selves. I support clients in many cases to acknowledge their deeper thoughts. I provide non-judgemental and safe space for my clients where trust is built.
