Hi, my name is Lynsey and I would like to help support you in this difficult time. Sometimes we go through life at such a fast pace that we ignore our underlying feelings and this can sometimes cause us upset and frustration. Talking through your emotions can help to validate them and look into trigger points which can help by getting to the root cause of what is going on.
