Hi I’m Lynsey. Firstly, thank you for taking the first step in checking out the website and viewing my profile. Counselling provides the opportunity to have a qualified therapist assist and support you through difficult times.
I am a fully trained, qualified Professional Integrative Accredited Counsellor, having studied Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamics. I use these therapies from an integrative perspective and adapt them to best suit your needs. I have a number of years in the voluntary sector, I have worked with a variety of clients and offered support in a number of issues.
I am a wife, mum, daughter, and I understand how life can get on top of us. In these busy times, we can get stressed by trying to cope, or feel down when we can’t cope. I’m here to offer support, not to judge. Please remember, it’s ok not to be ok. My rates are very reasonable and in these challenging times I can offer discount to all students.
