Hello, Thank you for visiting my profile. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist based in Middlesbrough. I have been working in the field of Psychotherapy since 2018, I know first hand how healing a therapeutic relationship can be. I supportively work with you to recognise and process various issues and experiences that may be keeping you stuck in a place in your life where you don’t feel fulfilled nor want to be. Together we can explore where your blocks may be and how your past experiences may be impacting your present and your future.

it is in our sessions that I help you to explore your experiences, supporting you in gaining a deeper understanding of how these experiences have shaped how you see yourself and how this may now be impacting your present. My goal is to empower you to make the changes you want to make becoming the person you want to be.

I offer a safe, confidential & non-judgemental space. Experiencing emotional distress can often feel like a deliberating experience, I aim to support you to identify what may be the root cause of your issues and help you find ways to manage and decrease the intensity of the impact on your life.
