I'm Lynne, I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a specialism in suicidal ideation and bereavement of suicide. I work with young adults from the age of 16 and adults over the age of 18. I am based in Glasgow and offer therapy sessions face to face and online. Other disorders and issues I can support you with are depression, trauma, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, self harm, and self-esteem to name just a few.

I will work with you collaboratively to adjust same into a more manageable way. I will assist you to identify, challenge and overcome negative thoughts and unhelpful coping strategies.
