Life can be challenging for us all at different times and in different ways in our lives. We need a calm and safe space to explore the discomfort or distress that is affecting our life. Counselling helps us to to make sense of and understand ourselves by providing a space to be heard without judgement. I believe I can offer you that safe environment to explore, to enable you to grow and find a way forward for you. I am approachable and will work with you to help make sense of your life.
I have a BA (Hons) in Person Centred counselling and a post graduate certificate in Counselling Supervision accredited by The National Counselling Society. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
I understand that beginning counselling can feel daunting at first. I offer a free initial 15 minute call to enable you to discuss the areas you want to explore in counselling sessions and to decide if you feel comfortable working with me.
