I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome their difficulties and achieve their goals, with the right support and guidance.
I adopt a person-centred approach, providing a safe, empathic, non-judgemental place to explore issues in total confidence. Everyone deserves to be treated with the upmost respect and dignity and it’s important to remember that you matter, that emotional pain can be confusing and complex. Sometimes the bravest step is asking for help.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor who has worked with a wide range of presenting issues, I have also worked in a Primary School setting, I am qualified in Lego Based Therapy and Couples Counselling.
