I have over 12 years experience working in Mental Health in the NHS and as a CBT Therapist. Compassion and Integrity are at the heart of everything I believe in. I offer evidence based CBT and have a wealth of experience working with many areas of anxiety and depression. Eg Stress,Worry, overthinking, low mood, anger, panic, OCD, intrusive thoughts, phobias.
