I am a Chartered Psychologist and Clinical Psychotherapist (Oxon) with over 2 decades of experience in adult mental health. I undertook my psychotherapy training in Psychodynamic Practice at Oxford University and have formal training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy (PAT) having trained with MAPS America under Marcela Ot'alora and Bruce Poulter. My work has been published in leading mental health journals, and I bring this knowledge to my private practice. Alongside my clinical training, I have a PhD in Medicine (Bris) and many years of experience as a Senior Researcher and Lecturer.
My work has given me the privilege of working with many hundreds of people, listening to them speak about their life experiences and mental health. I know how difficult and challenging life can be. How overwhelming work, relationships and family life often are and how desperate the need can be to find purpose and meaning in our lives.
