I am an experienced integrative counsellor dedicated to empowering and helping individuals just like you. I work mainly with those experiencing mental health difficulties, and it's related problems such as trauma, addiction and family and relationship issues. I also have alot of experience and enjoy working with those who are neurodivergent.

As a integrative counsellor I am trained in a wide range of different modalities, and adapt those to best suit your individual needs, goals and preferences. My ultimate goal is to empower you to overcome the challenges you face, cultivate self awareness and embrace personal growth; so that you can live the life you want and deserve.
