It can be daunting starting out on the counselling journey, but I want to reassure you that I will offer you a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space that will allow you to explore what's going on for you. Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety or low self esteem, maybe you're going through a relationship breakdown. You could be struggling with stress at work or perhaps you just feel a little bit lost and want help finding out who you really are, maybe you're always there for everyone else and it's your turn to be listened to.
I work in an integrative way which basically means I have different methods of counselling to suit you and your personality. I'm not a "one size fits all approach" type of person. My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves. I believe we all have it in us to reach our potential and sometimes we just need a little support to get there.
