I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Farnham, Surrey offering long and short-term counselling to individuals and groups. I offer a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space where together we can explore the challenges you face. If you are suffering with trauma, anxiety, depression, or life is overwhelming I can help you. The therapy I facilitate is through a collaborative process providing a safe space to explore and process thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to help you achieve your goals.
Through 50-minutes sessions we create a process and environment that works for you. I work relationally using transactional analysis. Working through deep relationship issues can be restorative and can empower you to integrate that work within your relationships and experiences going forward.
