Life can often be complex and exploring issues in conversation with another person can be illuminating, perhaps understanding how past experiences are influencing current issues. This can and does bring about change in our relationship with ourselves and others. In our sessions together, you can talk about whatever is on your mind from the present or the past, and bring feelings and thoughts for us to consider. Your trust and sense of safety is important so I will encourage you to move at your own pace.
I offer integrative therapy which means I draw from a number of approaches to work with you in a way that suits you and your individual needs. My practice is warm and non-judgemental, and I create a safe environment to enable us to understand and make meaning of your experience.
Initially we can have a short phone conversation, free of charge, to understand what you want from the process and any questions you have. If you're happy to go ahead, we can then move to meeting in person.
