I am an Integrative Counsellor. The foundation of my training comes from a Person Centred, CBT and Psychodynamic approach. This enables me to draw on a number of different ways of working specifically to support you. My training over the years has also taken to me explore alternative ways of working including the use of art and sometimes the great outdoors!
Like all of us, life at times has presented me with challenges I could never of prepared for and I have felt unable to imagine a way forwards. My role as a therapist goes far beyond a hat I wear as part of my profession. I believe whole heartedly that we can all learn, grow and recover from our experiences and would welcome anyone in need to get in touch.
