I am an experienced HCPC registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist and am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 2), DiS (Drawing into Self) and Environmental Therapy. I bring together different modalities, meaning that together we can find the best way to work in exploring issues that you bring.
I have a warm, compassionate and grounded approach and can work in a variety of ways to suit you - this could be talking, sand tray, art work, IFS, Family Constellations, or DiS (combining Internal Family Systems with mark making or somatic body work), or a combination that works for you.
