I work collaboratively with my clients, towards a safe and authentic relationship. I aim to facilitate the full expression of whatever you bring. Sometimes your experience can be worded easily, sometimes not. I include the body processes where possible during therapy. Using objects as metaphors instead of words is sometimes useful too.
