My name is Luan Absalom and I am a qualified integrative transpersonal psychotherapist. Whatever your current struggles, challenges or unfulfilled aspirations are in life, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to openly explore these in the hope of helping you to better navigate life. It is often through our struggles that we are able to grow our resilience and resourcefulness; unlocking hidden qualities and potential that enable us to improve our health and wellbeing. I draw upon a number of different modalities; adapting my therapeutic approach to what works best at every stage of your healing journey.
I have experience of a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression and relationship struggles, but have a particular interest in helping empower women to step into their true power, burnout and the reawakening of vitality and holistic health with the spiritual dimension of life. I am also a shamanic healer, which can help deepen the therapy.
My approach embodies warmth, compassion and a heartfelt commitment to supporting you on your therapeutic journey.
