My therapeutic approach is enhanced by a wide range of methods and tools, which I offer to support each client's unique journey. Among these, I offer EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing), a technique I can integrate if suitable.
A distinctive aspect of my practice is the ability to offer bilingual therapy in both Welsh and English. This underscores my appreciation and understanding for the nuances of language in the therapeutic context where clients feel safe, heard, and understood.
