Hello & welcome. I understand that there may be a part of yourself that feels uncomfortable, unmanageable & perhaps a bit scared today. Although everyone is unique in their experience – I have been in some dark emotional places & I also know that I can go there again because life is not an easy straight line of 'ok-ness'. Let us see if we can build on transparency & openness to allow vulnerability & realness together. Let's create change.
I work with adults and young people. I provide one-to-one therapy in the outdoor space and online. Building the relationship is foremost and allowing you the space and forum to be yourself. This might be something you can't do on the 'outside' without feeling judged, belittled, ashamed, guilty....Emotions welcome.
What would it be like to be free in a space where someone doesn't judge you? Doesn't shut you down but instead offers an objective listening ear? I will listen to you & support you through your difficulty & help you to cope & see a different path. I will challenge you kindly and hear you while you process. Therapy isn't easy when you are real.
