I work with a solution focus in some sessions when the goal is to move an obstacle that is often our thinking and responding. I can offer an empathic and safe environment to work through life changes and transitions such as loss and grief, divorce or betrayal. I work especially well with shame based thoughts and behaviours.
I am experienced in addictions, trauma, relationship and identity issues. My work is based on a holistic view of ourselves and that includes social and cultural identities and conflicts.
I have a lived experience of therapy, in that, I have been a client and know the value of it, but also that the unknown can be daunting. I will be alongside you while you take the next step and we work together to explore at a pace that suits you, that which brought you here.
