I am a clinical psychologist with over ten years experience working both within the NHS and privately with individuals and families experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties. I work both with adults and children, providing evidence based psychological therapy including CBT; acceptance and commitment therapy and systemic approaches.
I am able to offer you an individualised approach, using techniques from a variety of therapies, to best support your needs.
