We are not like other counsellors, we work differently. I have hand picked all my team so you get the best possible treatment on your journey with us. I will always try my best to team you with your perfect counsellor for your journey. We love working with each one of our clients and feel humbled that they give us the chance to walk with them and see the change.
Each client is unique and has there own needs, even if they are similar to someone else's. Not one person is the same and that goes for our work with our clients to! We tailor our sessions to our clients. Being Integrative helps us to do this. We cover CBT, Psychodynamic, TA and Person Centred as a standard, but we are trained in many different theories.
Sometimes your needs change week by week, sometimes you may not know what your needs are. This is all fine and normal, this is what we are here for. We are happy to help you work through anything and be by your side every step of the way.
