Hello, I'm Louise, I mostly work with clients who have experienced abuse, trauma, relationship challenges, and divorce. I take a personalised approach, understanding each client's unique circumstances and the impact of their life experiences. This involves exploring what they are still holding on to and carrying with them from the past. Together, we identify these lingering burdens and use effective techniques to let go of past traumas & negative events, helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence. This process allows clients to move forward with a sense of relief and renewed purpose.

I offer a confidential, non - judgemental space to explore various parts of your life, supporting desired change. With personal experience and training in emotional abuse, trauma and PTSD I bring trust and empathy. Using counselling and NLP skills I guide you towards self-empowerment exploring behaviours, thought patterns and managing emotions.
