My work as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, began in both a nonprofit organisation and rehabilitation. Although I continue to work in these areas, private work has expanded to include a varied and diverse client base. I work with various issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress, relationships, abuse and addictions.
Sessions are 50 minutes, at a minimum of once weekly. Throughout our time together, we'll work to nurture a relationship where you feel secure, nurtured, and empowered.
