If you are reading this, you are at a point in your life where you recognise a need of support to get back on track. You maybe feeling overwhelmed, struggling to function, feeling stuck, and as a result feeling at odds with where you want to be in your life. I am glad that you have taken steps towards making a change.
If you are willing and ready to address your issues in therapy using a cognitive behavioural approach, then I am the therapist to support you to do the work that can bring about a change. My role will be to work with you, offering you space, to explore and address your difficulties, using Cognitive Behavioural, and Dialectical Behavioural techniques.
I am currently offering remote sessions either by phone or video. A 30-minute introductory call is offered to provide an opportunity for you to tell me a bit about your need for therapy, and to provide us both with an opportunity to see if we are a good match. I look forward to hearing from you.
