My background is in HR Management. I re-trained as a Counsellor having spent several years pursuing my interests in well-being, including becoming Reiki trained. I see my key strength as the ability to connect through understanding, empathy and compassion. Your well-being is at the heart of my approach. I work holistically as I recognise that our thoughts, feelings and physical well-being are intricately connected
I provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space to explore , understand and manage the challenges that you face and look towards the changes that you seek. What you share will be held in confidence. Your journey is as individual as you are so we will work at your pace and in line with your needs.
