My name is Louise. I am a fully qualified, accredited, registered and experienced counsellor who is dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to holistic well-being. I have a compassionate and personalised approach, and work at a pace to suit you. I firmly believe that the counselling relationship is central to the therapeutic outcomes. I am committed to creating a non judgemental, confidential, safe and supportive environment in which you are able to explore life’s challenges.
My private, confidential therapy room is based in the centre of Norwich, just across the road from the Castle Mall, with easy access to public car parks and public transport. I offer weekly 50 minute sessions, often these are offered at a regular time and day to suit your needs. I aim to accommodate different needs, for example those working shifts.
I work in an integrative way which means that although the foundations of my approach is person centred, I can draw on elements of different approaches to address your individual needs. I aim to support and empower clients to explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviours fostering self-awareness and growth to promote healing and transformation.
