As an integrative warm holistic therapist, my approach is grounded in the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are interconnected and must be addressed together in order to achieve overall wellness. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and use an integrative approach to tailor my sessions to the unique needs of each individual client. My therapy sessions are warm and compassionate, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I may incorporate other techniques into my sessions, such as mindfulness, meditation, and somatic experiencing, to help clients connect with their bodies and develop greater self-awareness. I may also encourage clients to explore lifestyle changes that can support their mental and physical health
For clients struggling with addiction, I draw upon approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, 12-Step principles and Relapse Prevention to help clients understand their addiction, identify triggers and patterns, and develop coping strategies. I also work with clients to address any underlying mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression and trauma
