Life can be rough. Sometimes we get to a point where we feel stuck, unable to see a way through. There are infinite reasons of what may bring you to therapy; relationship breakdown, bereavement, a sense of loss of control, addiction, bullying.. We cannot change the past. But we can heal from the pain, towards a life worth living of your choice. Therapy is a collaborative process. I will work with you as the expert on your own life; offering support, challenge, well-being practices, empathy and compassion along with the space to explore your own experience, which is so rarely possible in our daily lives.
Having trained as an integrative psychotherapist in one of the leading universities, has secured me with a wide range of skills and knowledge to personalise therapy to suits your needs. Providing space to look back into your history, making sense of your present world, whilst developing strategies to help manage and grow from your current situation.
The length of the process will be agreed together according to what is needed to achieve your own therapeutic goals. I offer 50 minute sessions, which are online, so you can be in the comfort of your own safe environment. I provide an initial 15 minute telephone consultation to assess your needs and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
