Hello, my name is Lou and I am passionate about helping people find themselves again. If you are going through a difficult time, don't be alone, we can face whatever you are struggling with together. I listen with an empathic approach offering reflection and support when needed. I understand how challenging life can become and will support you in finding the power to achieve a more satisfying life. I believe everyone deserves to explore their feelings in a safe space feeling heard, understood and respected because I think each individual has their own answers. Enquiring about therapy is the first step to recovery.

I am a person centered counsellor providing safe, confidential, non-judgemental conditions. I am flexible and amenable to your needs. My room is in the centre of Hereford however I offer walking therapy alongside online and telephone to suit your unique situation. My aim is to work authentically with you allowing you to find your meaning in life again.

I don't work to a set number of sessions and I will review our work at regular intervals together.
