A warm welcome to you. If loss, anxiety, relationship trauma or struggles with neurodivergence have led you to be looking on this site for help, then I want to start by offering my compassion and affirmation. You've taken the first step. You might be looking from one counsellor to another, wondering who to choose. I hope you feel reassured and grounded by my profile. The way you and I would work together would of course be led by you and your needs, but as a highly trained counsellor, I always hold your relationships at the core of my person-centred working style.
Our work can include exploring your relationships with others. Together, we can explore how you feel about your connections, making changes where needed. I know that emotional healing can take time- once we're working together, I'll be in your corner with you, for as long as it takes. Our work can also include exploring your relationship with yourself, too.
I also have a special interest in certain marginalised groups: Neurodivergent people, especially late diagnosed Autistic or ADHD women; LGBTQ, queer, trans, non-binary, genderfluid and agender (I am a member of TACTT and I actively welcome non-cisgender identities) Polyamorous & / or kinky folk; Chronically ill people.
