We will be releasing ur suffering until you reach the best version of yourself and for that to happen, trusting your therapist is crucial. I have a very warm & loving approach.
In each session, the problem will require a different approach, so I can suggest a cognitive-behavioral technique or a body-centered technique, or just listen to you without judgment. My favorite approach is Somatic Experiencing for its benefits in treating trauma (accidents, assaults, sexual violence, or relational trauma), stress, anxiety, and depression
I have been working in different countries for many years to improve people's life. Performing individual therapy for the last 10 years has taught me that its benefits are real.
