With over 20 years of experience as a Systemic and Family Therapist, I specialise in working with couples and families and offer individual therapy. Life is full of changes, both planned and unexpected. Whether you're transitioning into a new life stage, facing a significant life event like migrating, or dealing with an unforeseen situation, these changes can often lead to anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
While working together, we may look into repetitive patterns and narratives and consider communication in your relationships. I will help you reflect on how some early experiences might have contributed to your current situatio but we will focus on the present and identify your existing resources. We will find answers in line with your beliefs and identity.
Throughout the years, I have developed a particular interest in working with intercultural couples and in migration experiences for individuals, couples, and families.
