Hello and welcome. Many of us will experience distress and difficult emotions at some point in our lives. This could be anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, or relationship issues, to name just a few. Maybe you just feel disconnected or are experiencing difficulties that are hard to put into words. Or maybe you feel like you don't know where to start. Whatever your reason for seeking support, I aim to provide a space where you feel comfortable to explore what is troubling you.
Each of us and the challenges we face are unique as are the ways we overcome them. Drawing on your life experiences alongside my integrative approach of art therapy, trauma-informed practice, and EMDR, together we would create a tailored approach to support you to explore your difficulties and empower you to make the changes you would like.
