Hello, welcome to my page. It can feel a bit of an alien world, if this is your first time looking for a counsellor, and hope I can help make the process straight-forward and calming. Beginning the process of speaking to a professional counsellor, can bring many benefits, such as helping you understand and manage difficult emotions. This can increase confidence and have a positive effect on your personal, social and professional relationships. Counselling can also be the space you need when adjusting after a bereavement or trauma and help find future direction and rebuild a sense of meaning and purpose.
I am an experienced, Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor and work with all types of people. Areas of interest include but are not exclusive to: trauma, neuro-divergence, relationship breakdown, bereavement, childhood or historical abuse and children of narcissistic parents. I also have a background in working with Christians and people with issues of faith.
