Are you looking for a compassionate guide to help you navigate life's ups and downs? My name is Lizette, and I believe we each have an innate ability to navigate our personal situation. But sometimes, due to either bereavement, loss, trauma, or a life changing event, we lose our direction. In our sessions, we will work together to address your pain and challenges, ensuring that you feel heard, valued and empowered. With experience working at a local counselling centre, as well as with a national bereavement charity, I offer a safe, and supportive environment to explore your needs and goals for healing, change and growth.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use several modalities adding flexibility and creativity into the sessions. I specialise in Bereavement, Grief and Loss, as well as Relationship Issues, Trauma, ADHD related concerns, and Adult Replacement Child Syndrome. I work at your pace to find a rhythm that best supports exploration and understanding.
