I help adults and children aged 6+ feel less stressed/anxious, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others. I take a holistic view of your difficulties, helping you to understand the physical, psychological and emotional impact of your experiences. Together we can be curious about what is troubling you - we can identify coping strategies or perhaps look more deeply into root causes. My approach is neuroaffirmative and LGBTQ+ friendly. As a member of a multicultural family, I am culturally sensitive.
I have specialist training/experience in counselling children aged 5+. I also specialise in grief counselling for adults of all ages. I offer a comfortable therapy space where you can be yourself. As an integrative counsellor, I use a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. I start by building a safe and trusting relationship.
I know from personal experience that it can be very difficult to ask for help or even to know where to find that help . You are in the right place.
