I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor accredited with the BACP (British Council of counsellors and psychotherapists). I have many years of experience in working with adults. I know from my own experience that counselling provides a space to open up and get to know yourself a bit more closely and that way to live more fully and happily. If you are faced with a difficult situation or want to address something that you have been carrying for a long time, I can offer you a safe space to explore them.
If you have never been to counselling, the first step could be daunting. It is normal to feel that way. I usually use the first one or two sessions, also to talk about the concerns or questions you may have about your issues and the counselling process itself. This is an opportunity for you to figure out if this is for you.
